Please read the preparation instructions below, and we’ll be in touch soon about getting started on your video.


Images: Each video is different, but we ordinarily use between 10 and 20 images per video. If you have any pictures of your business or to do with what you offer that you would like featured in your video, now is the perfect time to get them together.

Logo: Please prepare a high resolution (high quality) version of your logo – preferably with a transparent background.

Video and Audio: If you ordered the PRETTY FANCY video package and have some video footage or audio clips you’d like included, please set them aside. Video clips should ideally not be longer than 1 min (clips are normally used in 4-10 second snippets). If you only have longer segments and can’t edit them yourself, please indicate exactly which time stamps you’d like to use.

Sending video can take some time if files are large. We recommend uploading them either to a Google Drive or Drop Box account. If you don’t know how to, here is a useful tutorials on getting started: Google Drive |
Uploading your files will make it possible to share them with us so we can get started with your video as quickly as possible.

Script: Try to tell us who you are and what makes your offering special in 200 words or less. We’ll likely change this around, but no one knows your business better than you, so having input from you from the start means we can put together a video that best represents who you are.

You don’t need expensive video shoots or to stress yourself out talking to the camera. Attractive images, and creative captions will draw your viewers in, showcasing your offering in an engaging and memorable way.

A majority of consumers also reported finding customer testimonial videos helpful. BrightLocal has revealed that 85% of consumers turn to online reviews to determine whether or not a local business is reputable.

Including video testimonials on your site is a great way to ensure that the first reviews of your product that your customers see are positive.
